1. Seller and merchant of record
Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and contractual seller for the purchase transaction. The exact seller identity, price, tax, payment and buyer terms are shown in checkout and the order confirmation. Studiomood Ltd remains the developer and licensor of VolumeKeys.
2. Withdrawal for digital content
EEA consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, that right can end once supply begins only after prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.
Rules differ by country and mandatory local rights remain unaffected. The seller’s checkout and order confirmation are the binding sources for the transaction and any consent or acknowledgment collected there.
3. How to send a request
Use the seller contact or support link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. You may also email [email protected] and we will help route the request to the merchant of record. To protect a legal deadline, notify the contractual seller identified in your receipt directly.
Include the order number, purchase email and a clear statement that you want to withdraw or request a refund. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.
4. Non-mandatory model wording
You may copy the wording below. Using this wording is not obligatory. Replace the bracketed seller details with the identity and contact information shown in your receipt.

I/We hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from the contract for VolumeKeys digital content.

5. Defects and other mandatory remedies
Withdrawal is separate from statutory remedies when digital content is defective, not as described, not supplied or not kept in conformity as required by applicable law. A lawful end of the withdrawal right does not remove those remedies.
This page is a general summary and does not reduce any non-waivable consumer right. The contractual seller’s terms, the VolumeKeys Terms and License Terms, and mandatory law apply to their respective parts of the transaction.
